Group Occupancy
Travellers understand that accommodation will only be provided through LUXE REVELRY. Travellers have the option to choose between single, double, triple or quadruple occupancy. The pricing of packages is based on room occupancy of the predetermined length of stay.Â
During registration, the traveler can have the option to share his/her room from single to double, triple or quadruple occupancy. During the registration process, the traveler must list the name as it appears on their passports and the same for the roommate(s) being requested. If a roommate is requested, deposits must be made within 7 days of the first roommate registering and paying their deposit. Deposit payments have to be made in order to hold the room for the occupancy. Failure to complete deposit payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice will result in registration being cancelled and money refunded minus a 5% administrative and processing fee.Â
The traveler understands that if the roommate of the traveler’s room cancels, there will be an automatic increase to the traveler’s in the room. This increase is to absorb the full cost of the room. The traveler understands that the travelers occupying rooms are totally liable for any damages or missing items in the room.
Transportation
Travellers understand that transportation is provided ONLY too and from events of the GROUP. If the traveler does not require transportation for the specified event, the traveler must notify the host 3 hours prior to departure time via WhatsApp. The Group will be leaving promptly at the scheduled time in order to fully enjoy all events. Travellers are given a 15 minute grace after the scheduled departure time to events. After the 15-minute grace travellers are subject to a late fee of US$25.00, after 30 minutes the group will depart without the traveler.
​​For departing events, the traveler must notify the host 1-hour prior to departure time if not returning with the group. The traveler will then have to secure their own transportation back to the accommodation. The host is not liable for travelers' transportation fee or safety. This is to ensure fairness and respect of time for everyone in the group.
Packages
Packages may be adjusted. Options for package adjustments include; Carnival Mas selection (if booking through the agency), room accommodation, add on services and decrease the number of parties. Requests for package adjustment can be made via email to the Host. Once the host receives the request for adjustment, an invoice will be provided via email.
Packages can only be adjusted once the host has not released non-refundable payments to vendors. Package accommodations are only provided through LUXE REVELRY. There is no option to eliminate accommodation from packages.
Payment Schedule and Late Fees
Payments must be made by the outlined Payment Schedule. Banking deposit information would be provided upon registration form completion. ALL deposit payments must be confirmed by email with proof of deposit slips attached to email at which the host will provide a receipt for all payments received.
A payment invoice will be sent to the traveler seven (7) days prior to the due date for Payment Dates. Late payments passed a 5-day grace period will be subject to a US$25 dollars late fee.
Full Disclaimer
The host is not liable or responsible for travellers' safety while in Trinidad and Tobago. The host will do due diligence to ensure the safety of all travellers while with the group. LUXE REVELRY, suggests that all travellers obtain Traveler’s Insurance for medical, flight cancellation or baggage loss/theft.
Costume Collection and Delivery
The host will provide the traveler with a release agreement form for the host to pick up carnival costumes ONLY if requested. Release agreement must be SIGNED and returned to the host at the time of the costume registration.
If the collection date for the costume is prior to the travellers arrival date, the costume would be present upon the travellers arrival to the accommodation. The traveler understands that costume delivery depends on the pickup schedule. The host will do due diligence to examine the costume at pick up and ensure that the costume is delivered in the greatest condition possible and ensure no missing pieces to the costume.
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel, the traveler must send a cancellation email to the host. The traveler will then have from that date of the cancellation email to November 27th of 2022 to find a replacement for their package. The host may assist the traveler but it is the sole responsibility of the traveller to find a suitable person to transfer the package to in part or whole.
Once the traveler finds a person to take over the package, the traveller will provide the host with the full name of the replacement person via email. The new participant will then have to complete payments as per payment schedule towards the package or in full depending on when the cancellation was made. If the traveler does not find a Replacement Traveller by November 27th, 2022, the traveller forfeits all money paid.
Cellphone Data
Travellers are required to have a cell phone with DATA. Cellphone must-have WhatsApp downloaded which is the group's primary form of contact while in Trinidad and Tobago. Cell Phone data can be obtained through Traveler’s home carrier or with local carriers upon arrival to Trinidad (DIGICEL).
Local data services can be provided once requested prior to arrival at an added fee.
